8. CANCEL WITHOUT REFUND
“ASAPRESERVATIONS” was able to get you a terrific deal on your flight. Having to cancel your ticket and exchanging it for a future flight, on the other hand, may be subject to limitations and/or extra expenses. Costs for alternative flights could be pricier than what you initially paid, and there could be fewer options owing to airline restrictions on travel exchanges. Potential re-bookable fares may be limited to the same fare type and/or tariff class as your initial ticket (s).

Your ticket(s) are non-transferable and non-refundable from one traveler to some other.
If the expense of your new flight is more than the cost of your original ticket, you must pay the fare difference. If the cost of your new flight is much less than cost of your previous ticket, you may forfeit the difference, depending on the airline's policies.
You may only be able to rebook a ticket with the same origin and/or location as your original ticket.
Your trip's booking date and/or travel date must fall within the airline's validity period (e.g. 12 or 24 months from the purchase date of original ticket or travel date, depending on the airline’s policy).
You must rebook a flight with the same airline as your original ticket (s).
The price of your original ticket cannot be used to purchase auxiliary services;
Upon rebooking, the airline may ask you an Exchange fee per person.
If you do not cancel your reservation before the scheduled departure date, you will forfeit the full amount of your ticket.
Your replacement flight(s) must be booked via Online Air Deal. You can rebook by calling one of our Customer Service Agent.
Furthermore, if you cancel your ticket, you may be charged the corresponding extra costs listed in Section 13 (Fees for Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds) below.
9. OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS
Flights on airlines may be overbooked, and there is a potential that a seat on a flight for which a passenger has a confirmed ticket may not be available. Every airline has its own set of procedures for handling with such instances, which are spelled out in the contract of carriage. 10. PRICING
All pricing are subject to availability at any moment. Airfare is only assured once the transaction is finished and the tickets are given. Airlines and other Travel Service Providers reserve the right to adjust their pricing at any time.
After you have confirmed your payment details, you should get an email marked you’re your "Flight Itinerary" from us or the appropriate Travel Service Provider (a "Booking Notification").
If a price rise occurs after you have made a booking that impacts your trip package, we will advise you of the price increase before taking any further action. However, once your booking is confirmed, no price hikes will influence your trip package. The pricing is shown in USD.
We retain the right to terminate an approved booking if full payment is not made in a reasonable timeframe. The pricing applicable at the time of ticket issue is only applicable for a ticket wholly consumed and in the chronological sequence of flight segments on the dates specified. Improper usage may result in the voiding of the ticket and cancellation of the entire trip.
11. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or modified unless clearly mentioned as part of your Purchase or in these Terms. Your ability to cancel, alter or seek a reimbursement for your Booking is subjected with any and all airline pricing standards and policies. If you need to cancel a Booking for any reason, please contact us as Travel Service Providers may allow adjustments to, cancellation of, or refunds for Bookings on a case-by-case basis. We will help you through this procedure.
If your Booking gets terminated, altered, or reimbursed in line with the foregoing, (a) we will charge you the appropriate costs and (b) Travel Service Providers may charge you additional fees.
If your Booking is for an airline ticket, even if the ticket is non-refundable:
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours Eastern Standard Time on the day your Booking as finalised, you may be entitled for a full fare refund.
In some situations, the airlines may enable you to cancel your flight without receiving a refund and credit the cost of your original ticket against a future ticket purchase by the very same passenger on the same airline.
Name changes: Please keep in mind that name changes are not authorized after you have made a Booking. If you discover that you need to modify or correct the spelling of a name after making a Booking, you must cancel your initial Booking, and then make a separate Booking with a new flight at the then-current price using the proper spelling of the name.
As a result, it is critical and your obligation to double-check the spelling of all passengers' names before confirming your Booking.
Refund requests are subject to the Travel Service Provider's rules and restrictions for bought tickets, when and if they are granted. We are unable to offer an exact estimate for how long it may take for this requested refund to be completed if the refund request is authorized by the Travel Service Providers.
Please keep in mind that we are reliant on the Travel Service Providers to get the claimed reimbursements. If the Travel Service Provider approves a refund, it may take some time before money is refunded back to you. Please keep in mind that refunds sometimes take a long time to complete.
12. PAYMENT AND FLIGHT INFORMATION AND CONFIRMATION
For overseas transactions, certain banks and credit card firms levy a fee. They will display as a foreign or international transaction fee on your credit or bank card statement. For example, if when make a Booking through our Website from outside the United States and pay with an American credit card, your bank may translate the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. The charge amount reported on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and differ from the purchase price stated on the Booking's billing summary page.
In addition, if the bank that issued your credit card is based outside of the United States, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee.
Because Asapreservations may transfer your money on to an overseas travel supplier, booking foreign travel through our website may be deemed an international transaction by your bank or Credit Card Company.
On the day the transaction is processed, your bank or credit card provider decides the currency conversion rate and the amount of the international transaction charge. If you have any queries concerning these costs or the currency rate used on your transaction, please contact your bank or Credit Card Company.
Booking notification: After you finish your purchase, you should receive an email with the subject "Booking Notification." Before a ticket is provided, your booking may give you with a confirmation number. If this is the case, the booking is incomplete, and the fare is liable to vary until a ticket is issued.
After your ticket has been issued, you should receive your electronic ticket.
We highly advise you to re-confirm your flight booking with the airline at least 24 hours before departure for domestic flights and 72 hours before departure for international flights.
13. SPECIAL REQUESTS: INCLUDING MEALS AND FREQUENT FLYER
Please keep in mind that requests for special meals, frequent fliers, and so on are just that: requests. The airline maintains the right to make changes without prior notice. All requests must be confirmed with the airline, and we cannot promise that your frequent flyer/meal /other specific requirements will be met. 17. UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Tickets for unaccompanied youngsters aged 16 and under will not be sold directly. Each airline has its own set of norms and restrictions regarding minors travelling without adult supervision. Unaccompanied minors may not be permitted to fly without an adult on several carriers. Unaccompanied minors are only permitted to fly on nonstop flights on several carriers. Many airlines may charge extra costs during check-in. For an unaccompanied youngster flying alone, you must contact the airline to confirm the regulations and restrictions.
18. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
You can file a charge dispute with your credit card company ("chargebacks"). If you have a question about a charge on your credit card statement, we urge you to contact ASAPRESERVATIONS before contesting the issue with your credit card provider so that we may examine and address any doubts you may have regarding our charges. In such situations, ASAPRESERVATIONS will collaborate with you to address your problems. Chargeback’s coming from unforeseen circumstances or other events beyond ASAPRESERVATIONS’ control.
To be clear, we may use information about you, including recordings of customer care calls, in compliance with the Privacy Policy to contest chargeback allegations from you.
