We assume no obligation if you are refused entrance into an aircraft or into any country because you do not have the right and acceptable passport, visa, or other travel papers expected by any airline, authority, or nation, including those through which you are only transiting. Each airline will have its own check-in criteria. Prior to your flight, it is critical to confirm the check-in requirements.

We propose the following for your check-in, in accordance with airline industry standards:

Domestic flights: Allow at least 90 minutes before departure.

Transborder and international flights must be booked at least three hours in advance of departure.

Flight schedule modifications (notably cancellations, delays, and other schedule adjustments) can occur for a variety of reasons, including severe weather, technical difficulties, crew difficulties, and civil strife, and can occur at any point, including after you have checked in, in person or online. Similar schedule modifications ("Schedule Changes") may also include modifying your initial flight from a straight uninterrupted schedule to incorporate a stop(s) and/or connection(s) to your intended location. Please keep in mind that any Schedule Changes are the direct result of the airlines.

Perhaps every airliner does have its own guideline regarding the alternatives and remedies available based on the various sorts of Schedule Changes, as well as whether the customer must take deliberate action to re-confirm modifications to a schedule. You may always check your price regulations to see whether policies apply to you and your journey. We have adopted the following measures to guarantee that our clients are kept up to date on the progress of their aircraft and that their tickets are not nullified. Evaluate your tariff guidelines, and you may even call us for help with your specific ticket. Anytime schedule changes, involving cancellations, occur, we shall make every effort to notify our customers in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • We will make every attempt to inform you of Schedule Changes through email, using the contact details you specify while making your reservation. All such communications will be provided as soon as conceivable after we receive notification of the Schedule Change from the airline.
  • If a Schedule Change causes a delay of 90 minutes or fewer from your original time of departure, you will be immediately reconfirmed on an alternative flight, unless such Schedule Change causes a misconnection. At that juncture, we will notify you of the Schedule Change and provide you a new itinerary.
  • If the re-confirmed flight is not acceptable, please contact our customer support centre. We will take every opportunity to supply you with alternate accommodations, if and only if authorized by your airline's pricing conditions.
  • If the amended itinerary is satisfactory, you are not needed to take any further step.
  • If a Schedule Change causes a delay of more than 90 minutes after your scheduled departure time, or a misconnection, we will drop an email notifying you of the Schedule Change, albeit with a request to confirm or modify the aircraft re-accommodation provided by your airline.
  • Please keep in mind that this communication will include an airline-imposed timeframe by which you must answer in terms of keeping your ticket valid. If you do not react by the deadline, “Online Air Deal” will automatically confirm the re-accommodation option supplied by your carrier in order to avoid cancellation of your ticket by the airline.
  • Depending on how far in advance we hear of a Schedule Change, we will attempt to deliver extra Schedule Change alerts and/or advice of activities you must take to keep your ticket.

Although we make every attempt to offer you with Schedule Change news, events outside our control may prevent us from doing so. As a result, please take notice of the following:

  • We shall not be held liable if you do not provide the right contact details at the time of booking. Kindly double-check any contact information (e.g., e - mail address, phone number) that you submit to us throughout the booking process to verify that you receive updated information.
  • If such a schedule change occurs when you have already checked in for your flight (even online), your airline has ownership of your ticket, and it is your aircraft's obligation to notify you of the change and reschedule your trip to your ultimate destination.
  • The airline may not always offer early notification of a Schedule Change. As a result, it is your duty to recheck your flight explicitly with us or with the airline 72 hours ahead to your departure time, and also 24 hours before to your flight schedule, to avoid missing any flights.

Keep in mind that it is your airline's responsibility to provide you with alternate flight alternatives to get you to your ultimate destination. The remedies open to you is governed by the airline's fare guidelines, which “Online Air Deal” is required to obey. As a result, any changes made after a ticket has been reissued or reauthorized as a result of a Schedule Change are not assured and might even be treated as a spontaneous adjustment, subject to the airline's rate restrictions and any Additional Terms.

By chance, if you do not learn about Schedule Changes, including cancellations, until 24 hours prior to departure, or if you are already at the airport or in between flights, we robustly recommend you to communicate directly with airline staff to understand your options better for alternative transportation, as they are better placed to aid you with an efficient solution. Kindly note, that your alternatives may be limited in some circumstances, especially during inclement weather.

You must rebook a flight with the same airline as your original ticket (s).

The price of your original ticket cannot be used to purchase auxiliary services;

There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and us, and no such relationship is established by these Terms and Conditions or our Agreement with you.

We may establish links to other websites on the Internet through our Website. We do this just for your convenience and reference when you research various travel alternatives online. The inclusion of any such links, however, does not imply that we support the website or company to which we have connected. Furthermore, we have not reviewed the content of any website to which we have connected, and we bear no accountability for any associated website's content. It is your responsibility to take care to ensure that any links you pick or software you download (whether from our Website or other websites) are free of malware, bugs, Trojan viruses, abnormalities, and other dangerous objects. We are not liable if you suffer any loss or harm as a result of viewing or doing business with any connected website or business.

If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, we retain the right to promptly cancel this Arrangement as well as every other arrangement between you and us. We also retain the right, at our sole and absolute discretion and without accountability, to cancel your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notification, for any or no reason.
